About the Role

Were looking for a Data Engineer / Analyst with an analytical mindset and strong business acumen to join our Data & Growth Product team.

This role will play a key part in bridging data and business decisions, working closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to drive company performance through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical hypotheses and structured analysis plans.
• Establish the foundation for analytics and data processes within the company.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Apache Superset to support data-driven decision-making. If you know PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, it is considerable.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a robust and reliable data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure analysis with a business-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and transformation.
• Experience building actionable dashboards with tools like Superset.
• Familiarity with AWS, PowerQuery, Python, DevOps, and databases (DDBB).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• English (intermediate to upper-intermediate) and Spanish

Preferred Background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Passion for data, experimentation, and evidence-based growth.
